Ms. Naomi previously served as a Program Analyst at the Federal Ministry of Communication and Digital Economy of Nigeria, where she contributed to several national digital transformation initiatives. She earned her Master of Engineering in ICT Techno Policy from Soongsil University in 2024. With her deep understanding of ICT policy and e-government systems, she works with a remittance company in Korea (Global Money Express) as a technical and marketing agent for the African corridor. She continues to act as a vital bridge between Korea’s ICT expertise and Nigeria’s digital governance development.
Dr. Yoo is a veteran AI evangelist and consultant with over 36 years of experience in IT, consulting, and AI. He is currently CEO of JOON AI Consulting, advising enterprises on AI strategies, infrastructure, and next-generation agentic AI. Formerly, he led AI businesses at KAYTUS Korea and NVIDIA Korea, where he expanded the AI market more than 150-fold. His career also includes leadership roles at Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and HPE Korea. Each year, he delivers 20+ lectures and consulting sessions on AI to executives, universities, and industry forums.
Dr. Yoon is the Director of the Public Sector at AWS Korea, spearheading digital innovation and cloud adoption across Korea’s public sector. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Engineering from California State University, Sacramento, and a Ph.D. in Information Management from Seoul Venture University. Previously, he served as Director of the Global Division at the National Information Society Agency (NIA) and as Telecommunications Coordinator at the UN International Y2K Cooperation Center. He was also a Visiting Researcher at the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), gaining experience in global ICT standards and collaboration. He is a recognized leader with extensive experience in driving digital transformation and cloud policy for the public sector.
Dr. Jeon is a leading expert in ICT consulting and smart agriculture. He founded TG Consulting in 2010, which has grown into Korea’s No.1 public sector IT consulting firm. He earned his Ph.D. in IT Policy and Management from Soongsil University in 2017. Currently, he serves as a Distinguished Professor of Smart Farming at Huree University in Mongolia and a Distinguished Professor of Digital Studies at Open Cyber University of Korea. He brings a wealth of experience in global ODA projects, particularly in applying Korean smart farm solutions to developing countries.
Brandy Valentine Azeirwe is a Ugandan communication strategist, digital transformation advocate, and podcast producer. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Uganda Christian University and a postgraduate diploma in International Relations from the Estonian School of Diplomacy. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Digital Transformation Technology in South Korea, she also serves as Communication Officer at Uganda’s Ministry of ICT and National Guidance. Brandy has represented Africa on high-level panels, including one alongside former UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon. She is passionate about leveraging communication and technology for development.
Mr. Obodai serves as the Head of IT at the Ghana Meteorological Agency, operating under the Ministry of Communication, Digital Technology and Innovation in Ghana. He has led national efforts in digital transformation within meteorological services. He is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Digital Transformation Technology at Soongsil University in Korea, where he is expanding his expertise in applying digital innovation to climate research and forecasting.
Mr. Sllife is a Ph.D. candidate at the KAIST Department of Business and Technology Management, Graduate School of Global Digital Innovation. He holds a Master of Engineering in ICT Techno Policy from Soongsil University and a Bachelor's degree in Design of Information Systems from the University of Kinshasa. With a professional background as a senior lecturer and researcher at the University of Kinshasa, he has extensive experience in information systems design, research methodology, and digital technology.
Mr. Neba is the National Coordinator of Cameroon’s electronic government procurement platform known as COLEPS (Cameroon OnLine E-Procurement System). He has played a central role in digitalizing public procurement processes in Cameroon. Mr. Neba received his Master of Engineering in ICT Policy from Soongsil University in 2018, and continues to serve as a key bridge between Korea’s ICT knowledge and Cameroon’s e-government development.
